My friend, Pat

Jason and I have a friend, whom we haven't really talked to since he moved to California a few years ago, named Pat Dollard. He has been in the movie business for years. He was Steven Soderbergh's agent and has produced and worked on several movies, such as Out of Sight with George Clooney and JLo. I am sure you know how most of the Hollywood types are--selfish, attention-grabbing, etc. Needless to say, when I was sent an email from a mutual friend that had Pat's website link in it, I was curious. Apparently, he is no longer involved in Hollywood (for now); he is in Iraq filming a documentary with his own camera and money! His site is quite interesting and has some graphic war footage that has not been edited. My fellow anthropologists should enjoy it. He was also in the NY Post Page Six section the other day blasting George Clooney. He used to be really good friends with George. I guess they had a falling out, because I got the impression he doesn't like George anymore. I get the strong impression that Pat doesn't like Hollywood democrats at all.
Anyway, check out the links below, and if you feel like it donate some money to fund his documentary. I know I plan to donate.
