Well, it appears I was a bit hasty in making the announcement that I am pregnant with our second child. We lost the baby last week. I don't mean to bring anyone down, but I know my friends were expecting a pregnancy update soon. I am doing well. There was obviously something wrong with the baby, and this is what God thought was best. If we have no further issues, the doctor said we can try to get pregnant again in 2 months. Hopefully, I will be pregnant again by Christmas. But ultimately, God's in control and life happens on his terms.
Vacation next week, so provided the new tropical storm in the Atlantic doesn't ruin it, I will have some fun pics to post.

Hey Girl, I am thinking about you. We were talking about miscarriages in my class the other day - 50% of all pregnancies end in miscarriage although most don't realize they are even pregnant when it happens. That doesn't make it any easier but just know you are not alone!
