We go to the doctor tomorrow for Jacob's first shots. I am not looking forward to it at all. I have only heard his pain cry a couple times, and I do not want to hear it again. Hopefully, it will be quick. It will probably hurt me more than him. Needless to say, I am dragging my mother with me. Jason said he didn't want to go b/c he didn't think he could tolerate my crying. I think he doesn't want to see Jacob cry!

Hey hon! I love the update on the family blog. great pictures.
So how is the little bambeno? Let me know when we can come visit again
Miss you guys. Love, Shelle
Shots are ok. If you have not heard the little "trick," then here it is- about 30 minutes before his appointment, give him a dose of infant Motrin or Tylenol. Sometimes babies will get a small fever, this helps with that and the local pain if there is any. Chris always goes with me to her appointments, it is hard. Be prepared to cry, but it is short lived I promise. Lots of love afterwards, keep him close and hold him a lot today!
Some babies don't even cry for their shots - maybe you'll get lucky. Great pic.
Love the birth announcement- THANKS!!!
