I know it has been forever and a day since I last posted an update in the Sommers world. I have no excuse other than no time to post anything. Fret no more! I have pics to post! We went to Richardson, TX last weekend to visit family. For those of you not familiar with Texas, Richardson is a suburb of Dallas. My aunt lives there, as well as 4 of her 6 children and their children. Needless to say, there are a lot of them running around Dallas.
We brought Jacob with us for his first road trip. We were a little worried that it would be the trip from hell. He did great, though. It only took us 8 1/2 hours to get there and about the same to get back home. He only fussed for the last 40 minutes of the trip home. I sat in the back with him to entertain him and keep him happy while Jason drove the entire trip. Even though we spent most of the trip in the car, we had a great time, and it was great to see my family.
