After 7 years of trying to decide whether or not to put a patio in our backyard, we bit the bullet last week and did it. One reason it took us so long to put one in is we weren't planning on being in our "starter home" for this long. But since we haven't been able to find our next house yet and we are going to be here at least a little while longer, we just didn't want to wait anymore. Plus, it certainly won't hurt our property value when we do decide to sell the house.
Mr. Abe is the sweet, hard-working gentleman that paved our beautiful concrete patio with some help from 2 of his sons (not pictured). Can you believe Mr. Abe is almost 70 years old!
The guy who drove the big cement truck let Jacob sit in the driver seat. He was so excited!!
