My wonderful husband surprised me with tickets to the Olivia Newton-John concert at Beau Rivage on December 8th! The concert was great! I saw her on her Physical tour in 1982 (I think). She sure does age well. No, we didn't gamble all night long. Jason lost $5 in a slot machine and that was it for us! Got to be willing to lose the money, and we weren't. We stayed the night, woke up late and ate a huge breakfast before heading home. One last romantic getaway before Jacob comes!

In this picture, she and one of her band members were singing You're the One That I Want. They even wore the leather jackets like in the movie. We weren't real close to the stage, but it wasn't a big deal because 3/4 of the people there were in their 50's or 60's. That age group doesn't get real rowdy and stand the whole time at a concert screaming.
Jacob did want to make his presence known to me, though. I had Braxton-Hicks contractions for the first time during the concert.
